New Student Enrollment Procedures for Grade 7-12

Call the Counseling Office Secretary, Mrs. Serylo, for an appointment at 796-2266, extension 5. Enrollment is by appointment only on August 19^th & 20^th, or when school starts on September 3^rd. Bring the following information with you:

Proof of Residency

Original Birth Certificate

Immunization Record – up to date

High School Transcript – grades from previous school

Report Card – Grades 7-8

Address and telephone number of previous school

The counselor, Mrs. Fleming, will be in the building on August 19^th and 20^th to register new students from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm, by appointment only. The information listed above must be brought to the appointment or enrollment cannot be completed.
